Organized in coordination with The Student’s Association for Promotion of Personnel Management, Human Resources and Industrial Relations (SAPPHIRE) War of Wits is the flagship human resource event of Ensemble. A business labyrinth, dotted with potential Human Resource problems that can blow off any unsuspecting practitioner, awaits your arrival. You will have to solve the riddles and adapt to the dynamic cues as you make your way through the maze. You need to find the right employee value proposition, the best person-job fit and the most efficient way to engage those people, retain your top talent and design performance management systems to evaluate them. A small mistake and you set the time bomb ticking. Done perfectly, you would not only walk away as the winner from the stables of an institution that has been redefining Human Resource for half a century now, but also with considerable amount of spoils that come with being the winner. The event will comprise of 2 Rounds.
·The first round of the event is a time-bound online quiz based on financial knowledge and concepts.
·Each team shall have 30 minutes to solve and submit their solutions.
·It will be Case-study round to be conducted On-Campus.
·The shortlisted teams will be informed about the detailed event after declaration of Round-1 results.
Each team must have 3 participants
Multiple teams from the same college are allowed
All the participants must belong to the same institute
The decisions of the organizers of the contest will be final & binding on all the participants
A student cannot be part of more than one team
Duration of online quiz is 30 minutes

1.All decisions in matters of eligibility, authenticity & final judgements will be with the Ensemble Core Team, XLRI Jamshedpur
