Star India’s Satyamev Jayate, The Red Ribbon Aids Awareness programme, Teach India and Earth Hour are few of such life changing ideas that touched the hearts and minds of people. The world as we see around us is plagued with gnawing problems demanding resolution. My Campaign is a clarion call to budding managers to wake up to such issues and create innovative marketing campaigns.
It is a one of its kind, very practical and socially relevant integrated marketing communication event where the country’s sharpest minds compete to form an exhaustive, complete and self-sustainable ‘winning’ social campaign. The event takes you through three gruelling rounds; the objective being to put to test the creativity, knowledge, passion and compassion of the participants while they create a campaign that compels the common man to spend money on it.
While Round 1 is about creating a strong idea and plan on paper, Round 2 gives the participants the unique opportunity to improve upon and implement and execute their campaigns under the guidance of assigned mentors – eminent personalities in social circles. The final round will take the teams through two days of on-campus simulations wherein they will be judged by more than 35 people including their mentors, to find out the mass-winning campaign.
This event shall take young men and women through real life marketing challenges and also socially sensitize them.

The event has three rounds:
Round 1: Submission of Presentation(Detailed Plan)
o On the basis of initial plans, top teams chosen will be assigned mentors and will move on to Round 2
Round 2: Execution under mentors + Online Marketing Round
Round 3: Final Round (On-Campus)
The first phase of the contest involves submission of a Powerpoint Presentation of the Campaign. Interested teams need to register on the website following the Event Registration tab.
Teams are required to submit a Powerpoint presentation on their perception of the chosenTheme/Cause, the Target Group, plan including marketing and operational aspects, details of all on ground/air activities, partnerships, budget/finances, sustainability of the campaign and any other relevant information regardingthe execution of the campaign.
The presentation should not exceed 10 slides. (Teams are however free to add any docs as exhibits/appendix if they deem it necessary to aid comprehension)
The name of the institute and the names of the participating members, email ids and phone numbers are to be mentioned only on the cover slide. It should not appear anywhere else in the body of the presentation. Also highlight the name of the team representative (POC) for the group. There should be no mention of the B-school or the name of the contestants anywhere else in the presentation.
The presentations are to be sent to Team My Campaign at email@example.com with mail subject and file name as MyC__.
On the basis of your entries, the best 5 Teams from Phase 1 will be selected for next phase (Mentorship+Execution). Selected teams will be updated about subsequent rounds.

The event is open to both Post Graduate and Non-PG students.
For Post-Graduate Students:
Only students pursuing full time post graduation courses in Management are eligible to participate in this competition
Each team should comprise of maximum 3 members (minimum team size: 2) from the same institution.
For Non Post-Graduate Participants:
It is to be noted that a maximum of only one spot for the campus finals is reserved for non-PG participants
Each team should comprise of maximum 3 members (minimum team size: 2)
Multiple entries from a single institute are allowed.
A student cannot be a part of more than one team.
One member of each team should be nominated as the team representative (POC) and the same should be communicated to the My Campaign Team at the time of Registration. All communication from team My Campaign will be directed to this representative.
Please refrain from using any derogatory or offensive language/video in your Write-ups and Marketing Communications.
Members of the team, coming for the Round 3, would be provided accommodation at IIM Indore hostel on twin sharing basis.
Teams which do not adhere to any of the rules and guidelines will be disqualified at any phase of the event.
All entries will be evaluated by faculty, seasoned social workers and our esteemed jury members. Their decision shall be final and binding.
